The Independent Fundamental Bible Conference was held April 29-May 2, 2019, hosted by the Middletown Bible Church, Middletown, Connecticut.

Dr. Roberto-Jose M. Livioco serves as Missionary-Pastor-Educator in Metro-Manila, Philippines, and IPM Regional Director to the Far East. He is involved with evangelizing the lost, edifying believers through God’s Word and God-honoring music, equipping saints for the work of the ministry, establishing New Testament churches, and earnestly contending for the Faith.

Dr. Ron Williams is the Founder and Director of Hephzibah House, Inc., a Christian Boarding School for troubled girls in Warsaw, Indiana. Dr. Williams is also Pastor Emeritus of Believers Baptist Church, an independent, fundamental, separated church fellowship, also in Warsaw.
